Marjorie Grice
Menopause and Nutrition Specialist at Nourish Inside Out
As a nutritionist, it is my mission to inspire women to find their menopause mojo. With tailored step by step guidance, I encourage them to nourish themselves inside and out. Menopause nutrition and lifestyle is crucial for all phases of menopause.
As such I am registered with the British Association of nutrition and lifestyle medicine (BANT) and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).. Nutritional therapy seeks to find the root causes of symptoms and balance body systems that are influencing them.
